A Franklin Township man arrested in 2008 with a cache of 19 guns and assorted explosives will serve four years in prison, U.S. District Judge Maurice B. Cohill decided today.
In 2008, it took the better part of a day for a bomb squad to remove explosives and weapons from Mr. Huzinec's home in a quiet area near Ellwood City. Some of the items, including a short-barreled rifle and a silencer, are illegal for anyone to own, said Assistant U.S. Attorney Craig W. Haller, who prosecuted the case. Military and police uniforms were also found.
Mr. Huzinec, 49, called himself "a bit of a pack rat" and asked for time to clean up the house before reporting to jail, which the judge granted. After serving prison time, he faces three years of supervised release and will again be precluded from possessing firearms.
Spare me the shit about he didn't hurt anyone. This fucking nut job had almost 20 fucking guns and EXPLOSIVES in his house and you put him away for only four years??? This isnt even the first time he has been arrested on gun charges. What the fuck do you think this guy is planning with these guns and explosives? A picnic? He owned guns that are illegal for ANYONE to own. They found police and military uniforms. This guy is like fucking Drake Savage from Black Sheep, just living in a school bus in the woods with enough weapons to go at it with one of the Koreas.
